St Mark's Choir is on the lookout for new members of all ages and voice parts. Whether you can read music or not, we'd love you to join in. (We may look many in the photo above for a trip to St Mary's Warwick, but we were joined on this occasion by a number of friends!)  Why Join Us? • Incredible Free Musical Education: Especially for children, this is a golden opportunity to receive an amazing musical education. • Fun and Friendly Atmosphere: We practice every Friday from 7:30 - 8:45 PM (special timings for Juniors below). • Flexible Commitment: We understand you can't make every Sunday or practice. About Us: St Mark's Choir, Bilton is a skilled yet welcoming Parish Church Choir. We lead the singing at the 10:00 AM Parish Communion with a mix of hymns and a communion motet. Once a month, we host a full Choral Evensong, often joined by other choir members. Special services at Christmas and Easter feature significant contributions from the choir. Exciting Opportunities: Annual Away Weekend: Recent trips include Romsey Abbey, Lichfield Cathedral, and St Mary's Warwick. In 2025, we're heading to Christchurch Priory! Junior Choir: We're eager to bring back our Junior Choir! Practices are on Fridays from 6:45 - 7:30 PM, joining the adults from 7:30 - 8:00 PM. Many pop musicians started as choristers, gaining a solid musical foundation and teamwork skills. Plus, Junior Choristers can earn a bit of pocket money! Interested?
