CHILDREN &

YOUNG PEOPLE

Growing in Faith, Friendship & Fun

At St Mark’s, we believe children and young people are a vital part of our church family. From toddlers to teens, we offer spaces to explore faith, ask big questions, and build lasting friendships.

St Mark's Rocks

Ages 3 - 11

Our Junior Church meets during the 10am Sunday service (except the second Sunday of the month).

Children enjoy stories, crafts, games, and songs that help them discover God’s love and truth. Each child decorates a rock with their name, kept in a heart-shaped box—a reminder that they are known and loved by God.

Open to all children from age 3 to Year 6, whether regulars or visitors.
Planning to attend regularly? We’ll ask for a simple contact form.

Teen Talk

Ages 11 - 18

A relaxed space for teens to explore life and faith together.

We light a candle, share food, and talk about real-life topics—from music and media to comfort and spirituality. No right or wrong answers—just open conversation, mutual respect, and yes… cake.

Topics we’ve explored include:

  • Angels
  • Heaven & Hell in media and scripture
  • Music & consumerism
  • Sources of comfort

Youth Group

Ages 11+

Meets monthly on the second Friday, 6:30pm at the Church Centre.

Games, chats, and activities designed to build community and confidence in a fun, faith-filled environment.
